Hi Holllie thanks for taking the time out of your hectic rehearsal schedule to catch up.
Congratulations on Mama Mia. How’s it all going? When did you start rehearsals?
9th January 2017 straight after Panto for Qdos at the Mayflower Southampton. Rehearsals are going well! lots of hard work and long hours but Im loving every minute of it.
How did you get the audition?
Renaissance Arts Directors passed my details on to Mama Mia resident director Mark Hilton. Mark is part of the faculty at Renaissance so I knew him as he was one of my teachers at college.
What course were you on and how do you feel that your training prepared you for the industry?
3 year Musical Theatre. From the first day stepping in RA, I knew I had made the right choice. Each day provided me with a different experience and another chance to challenge myself.
Throughout college I worked closely with industry professionals to equip me with all the tools to become a versatile triple threat performer.I was always pushed past what I was capable of ,with the most passionate teachers. I can not thank the faculty at RA enough for provide a excellent course which gave exactly what I needed to succeed in the industry .
Where did you live before re-locating to college ?
Bahrain I was schooling there for 4 years, prior to auditioning for college. I knew I had to return to the UK to receive the best training for this industry. I’m actually
originally I’m from Teeside.
How long is the tour ?
My contract is 14 months with the opportunity to extend for the International Tour.
