I could return home on my days off and work as a teaching assistant in a dance school. Making it possible to finance myself and aiding my studies to gain teaching qualifications at college.
I was lucky to graduate without any large debts so I could focus on auditioning, finding work and then enjoy contracts without paying off fees.

Financial Support
Scholarships / Discretionary Bursaries
Limited private sponsorship is available each year at the discretion of the Directors to support certain criteria and will be offered to candidates following campus Auditions. Please ask for an affordability application form to submit prior to attending your campus audition.
Other funding
Students studying the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma qualification (fully funded) have the option to additionally attend a professional training schedule (+ Elevated), on either a Dance course or Musical Theatre course. Private fees apply as below and can be paid Annually, Termly or Monthly:

Fees Year 3 £8100.00 (Intensive Industry Year following Qualification end.)
Bursaries and payment plans are available to support access.
Students who are age 18+ and studying towards their ISTD Diploma in Dance Education can apply directly to the ISTD for a Bursary of up to £5000.00. Students can only receive this bursary once throughout their training for the qualification.
Loans
Renaissance Arts are authorised and regulated by the FCA and may be able to offer loans for applicants and their families who would like to spread the fees over an extended period. All applications are assessed individually and offers are subject to satisfactory credit checks.
NB:
*In addition to fees stated above, all students must pay an administrative and professional medical examination fee of £275.00 on acceptance of contract in year 1 only.
*A deposit of £950.00.00 is payable on acceptance of your contract in year 1 only.
*Excludes assessment & examination fees for ISTD Qualification
