BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts Qualification
Students can apply to study with Renaissance Arts Conservatoire from age 16, completing their Level 3 Extended Diploma (equivalent to 3 A Levels).
Students study practically and contextually for 13-18 hours per week, across two years.
- Available to applicants aged 16-19 years
- Minimum entry requirements 5 GCSEs or equivalent at 4/C grade and above. Preferably this will include English and Maths, although pathways are available to those that just miss out in these core subjects.
BTEC + Elevated
Students wishing to access Renaissance Arts Conservatoire’s Industry Level training, alongside their BTEC Level 3 Qualification, can opt to study for the BTEC + Elevated course.
This is a 3 Year Course in either Dance or Musical Theatre. During the first 2 years students will train vocationally for an additional 15+ hours per week alongside their BTEC studies. The third year is an intensive industry year preparing to leave directly into professional performance roles.
